Is the Chaarr app free?

Yes, the app is 100% free for shoppers. You don't pay any subscription fees to access offers.

Do I pay online or at the shop?

You pay directly at the shop counter. Chaarr simply validates your discount via QR code.

Why do I need to permit location?

We use your location to show you offers nearby and to verify that you are physically present at the shop during redemption.

For Shops

How much does it cost to list my shop?

We have a Free Starter plan for new businesses. Premium features start at ৳999/month. See our Pricing page for details.

Do you take a commission on sales?

No. We do not charge any commission on your sales. You keep 100% of your revenue.

How do I verify my business?

After registration, our team will contact you for a quick physical verification or document check (Trade License/NID).

QR & Redemption

What if the QR code fails?

Ensure both devices have internet access. If the problem persists, generate a new code by refreshing the app.

Does the QR code expire?

Yes, for security reasons, the generated QR code expires after 5 minutes.

Privacy & Safety

Do you sell my data?

Never. Your personal data is encrypted and used solely to improve your experience on Chaarr.
